Join a booming industry! Nail care services and products have experienced a major growth spurt over the past few years, according to Nails magazine. With the introduction of revolutionary gel products, the popularity of nail art, and the power of social media, consumer demand for professional nail tech services continues to rise. With this comes a renewed and greater respect for manicuring as a career choice.
The Washington State Employment Security Department estimates that the job outlook for manicurists will grow 26% through the year 2022, faster than the average for all occupations. In addition to providing nail services in a salon or spa, many licensed manicurists go on to become salon owners, product representatives and nail educators.
If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment where you get to make people look and feel beautiful, then a career as a licensed manicurist could be for you.
You could be working in your dream career as a nail technician in less than four months!
